Healthy Tomorrows Partnership for Children Program project entitled, Improving School Readiness in Washington State through Reach Out and Read, demonstrates the power of Reach Out and Read to help build a successful Early Learning System! By implementing an effective training and technical assistance plan, we supported quality improvement within programs and increased services in the last 5 years from approximately 80,000 well-child visits per year to 183,651 visits, serving an estimated 100,000 children.
